Phan Huy is a celebrity dress designer who gave the former Miss Universe exactly that in a unique gown that exudes elegance and femininity, as per the bride’s wishes. According to Phan Huy, the gown took a total of three months and the hands of four artisans to complete, as it carries an immense amount of detail from the 300 organza flowers to the 3D floral branches.
